1. Services
We provide transport and related coordination services as described at the time of booking. Vehicle class, routes, waiting time, and inclusions are as confirmed in writing (including email or messaging) unless otherwise agreed.
2. Bookings and accuracy
You agree to provide accurate information for Muscat airport taxi bookings and other rides: passenger names, contact numbers, flight details, addresses, and times. Additional charges may apply for changes, delays beyond agreed waiting windows, or incorrect information.
3. Pricing and payment
Quoted prices are in the currency stated and valid for the scope described. Tolls, parking, and exceptional waiting may be charged as agreed. Late payment or chargebacks handled in accordance with applicable rules and our booking correspondence.
4. Cancellations and no-shows
Cancellation and refund rules depend on the fare type and notice period stated at booking. No-shows or failure to meet the driver at the agreed point may result in full or partial charges.
5. Conduct and safety
Passengers must follow lawful instructions and wear seat belts where required. We may refuse service where safety, security, or abuse of drivers or vehicles is at risk.
6. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law in Oman, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our aggregate liability arising from any booking is limited to the fees paid for that booking unless mandatory law provides otherwise. We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, third parties, or events outside our reasonable control.
7. Website use
You may not misuse the site, attempt unauthorised access, scrape content for competing commercial purposes, or infringe intellectual property. Content is provided for information; it may change without notice.

9. Governing law and disputes
